Word Sharpeners Week – December 28, 2015

Word Sharpener News: I pray you all had a very merry Christmas and will have a blessed new year. This week, I am enjoying having my grandchildren in town. Here’s some pics of my son and his family on our land in Tennessee.

Family 2015 12Verse of the Week: This is the perfect passage for the New Year.

I appeal to you therefore, brothers,by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:1-2 (ESV)

Quote of the Week: Resolution One: I will live for God. Resolution Two: If no one else does, I still will. — Jonathan Edwards
