Holidays This Week: Today is National French Fry Day, so be sure to eat some French fries with your dinner. It’s also Embrace Your Geekness Day.

  • July 14 – National Nude Day (nope, not celebrating that one)
  • July 16 – New Moon
  • July 19 – National Ice Cream Day (that one I’ll celebrate)

Quote of the Week:  The strongest person is one who is dependent on God.The greatest is the one who is humble before God and the tallest is the one who kneels and bends before God.  —  Nishan Panwar

Verse of the Week:  But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.  2 Corinthians 12:9

Song of the Week:  Lord, I Need You by Matt Maher

Hymn of the Week:  I Need Thee Every Hour

Life Sharpeners Tip: Never get to the point where you no longer rely on God. When you do something in your own strength, you will fail.
