Other Holidays This Week:

Quote of the Week: Ascension by Charles Wesley

Hail the day that sees Him rise,
Ravished from our wistful eyes!
Christ, awhile to mortals given,
Re-ascends His native heaven.
There the glorious triumph waits,
Lift your heads, eternal gates!
Wide unfold the radiant scene,
Take the King of glory in!

Verse of the Week: After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.” — Acts 1:9-11

Song of the Week: Days of Elijah Judy Jacobs

Hymn of the Week: The King is Coming Gaither Vocal Band

Video of the Week: Are You Ready?

Life Tip: When Jesus ascended to Heaven, He promised He would come again. We don’t know when, but we can live as if it is at any moment.
